My Mission & Background

The objective of Christopher Michaels construction is to acquire property or homes and either build or renovate them to today’s standards and make these homes available for people to purchase. I have 30 years of experience in the construction industry. I have been self-employed as a licensed builder since 2016. I graduated with a degree in Building Construction Management. I worked for Pulte homes, a national homebuilder, for 14 years, during which time I was involved in customer service, project management, superintendent both front and back end, purchasing, and estimating. I worked for Toll Brothers, a luxury national home builder, as an area purchasing manager for four years.
